Job Details
 Cloud technical solution delivery lead is a hybrid role that bridges gap between the management, technical, and delivery to drive projects with technical vision, translating business requirements into actionable solutions. Overseeing site deployment, delivery of services focusing on optimizing resources and achieving high-performance delivery. This is a key role to work alongside with cross-functional team of engineers, support professionals, and partners/associates to delivery high-quality solutions
Responsibilities
- Work closely and alongside with CXO and Senior Management teams to capture the business requirements and define technical and delivery direction for the projects that include overseeing architecture, design and technology selection process, assess the cost and performance efficiency.
- Lead and oversee project management requirements than include developing project execution, service delivery and support management plans.
- Lead and Own developing plans to improve resource and capacity optimization projects. Develop analytical methods that supports the plans developed for improving efficiency in relation to speed, cost and performance
- Lead and focus on the efforts that helps in improving customer experience, developing service delivery capabilities that leads to customer journey success criteria
- Lead and support efforts planned to improve site deployment efficiency through automation of infrastructure and configuration deployments.
- Lead, oversee and develop practices to ensure code quality, application deployment and Quality assurance in code and service delivery
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks in any phases of site deployment, code and service delivery.
Essential Duty Satisfactorily
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers to solve complex problems.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and clients, to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Documentation of technical decisions and processes.
Skills And Abilityy
- Relevant experience in leading project delivery related to cloud infrastructure deployment, applications and services.
- Relevant experience in planning and deploying enterprise class service delivery processes and practices that positions organization to attain maturity in service delivery and help to gain relevant certification.
- Relevant knowledge and understanding on cloud technologies, concepts and principles, such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Â Relevant knowledge and experience in leading quality assurance related delivery projects to help organizations achieve certification and standards such as ISO 27001, Software and Security Maturity model.
- Good understanding on clous related security best practices that includes access control, network security and data protection/encryption.
- Keen eyes to details and keeping in phase with the current cloud technology trends.
- Strong experience in drawing delivery requirements that aligns with overall business vision, mission and goals.
Required Skill Set & Experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in implementing ITIL and ITSM related processes, practices and applications to help the organization to track and monitor the delivery metrics and to align with business objectives and requirements.
- Good experience in planning, deploying and managing ITIL ITSM related applications like JIRA Service Management, ServiceNow and BMC remedy etc.
- Â Good understanding on the cloud design and architecture principles, ability to develop review or develop architectural diagrams to support pre sales requirements.
- Â Good understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Â Added advantage if hands-on experience anyone of the programming language like Java, Python or .NET)
- Â Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Â Leadership experience (a plus).
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Project management, Service Delivery, Cloud technologies, Security and compliance management
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer engineering/science preferred
- Preferably a certification in any one public cloud platform
